Struggling to get a live TV stream with HDHR Prime

NPVR 9, applied the patches from the sticky. Checked all prerequisites (a little tricky for x64, since the links are all x86, but whatever...) HDHR Prime (3 tuners) on the local LAN. Win 7 x64, up to date.

Tuner works fine with WMC. I'm just ready for a change, and love an opportunity to discontinue using an MS product.

Running nPVR after reboot game me a video feed, no audio. Changed channels and the whole thing hung. Tried installing the SAF filters, figuring it was a decoder problem, and now no video or audio.

Logs attached. Ideas? Thanks.

Did you map your channels to epg data?

Also check you have firewall exclusions for the NextPVR.exe, NRecord.exe and NDigitalHost.exe. This is almost always the problem HDHR users have.
