No errors, but no data delivered.

Two days in a row now, i can't get a recording and I get the following error:

"No errors, but no data delivered. This is usually because the device failed to lock a signal."

The problem is that i can watch this channel fine on Live TV. I've attached the logs.

A year ago, I was told that I was running out of space, but I have 70Gigs on my hard drive.

I'm using HDHomerun

What's the date, time and name of the failed recording(s) ... saves time wading through pages of log. Thanks.

NPVR wakes up fine but records nothing

Maybe try moving your EPG update away from that time to see if it helps. I see it overlapped with the start of the recording.

I will move it, but what's odd is that EPG is set for 2am... In other words, it's probably NOT waking up to update at 2 and so it's updating once a recording triggers it to wake up.

So what this leaves me with is an update EPG problem?

Maybe move it away from 2am then. Several users had problems with these peak time updates timing out. Your machine might have gone to sleep waiting for the schedules direct to reply.

2.6.2 adds the ability to specify the exact time the update happens too, which helps you move the times away from these peaks that probably happen around times like 2am or 3am.

I had moved my update to 3am. It still did not record, see attached log. I will update to 2.6.2 in the meantime... Again, Live TV is no problem, just when i record from sleep (i can record otherwise)

The same thing happened. The machine went to sleep waiting for schedules direct to respond, then woke up and finished the EPG processing when you recording was due to start. I did mention 3am as also being peak time. Try 2.6.2, where you can specify some epg update time like 03:47.

OK - this fix has now given me two days of successful recordings.
