TV Selection - UA55F6400 a good pick?

I'm looking at getting a 55" TV - have been getting ready for months. The existence of this app is going to be a major factor in the decision. Is the UA55F6400 is a good pick?

Looking at the Samsung website, they don't say it is an IPS panel, is that right - it doesn't have IPS? I am a bit concerned about viewing angles.

Exact same tv I have, viewing angles aren't a problem for me, very nice picture IMO.

Awesome, thanks for the opinion. So, you're developing this app and this TV is the primary one it gets tested on?

Does it connect to the server via WiFi? I gather the performance over wifi is reliable. Including for videos played from the videos menu but hosted on other machines on the lan?

sorry I've never tried over Wifi, my entire house is wired. The primary tv I'm testing on is a 50F6400 (50" version), since its in my bedroom and I develop at night, the 55" is in my lounge and will probably get the most use though. But its just a different size, everything else is the same.
