I got video but no audio. Im using WINTV-HVR-2250 TUNER help!!

I can get video but no audio.. can someone tell me the best config for WINTV-HVR-2250?
I need to be able to watch live tv and get all the digital and HD channels. any help is appreciated!!

Did you set a decoder for AC3 audio?

Assuming you're using digital, you probably need an AC3 decoder. Try installing and selecting "AC3Filter".

That's a lofty goal. You'll typically end up with a choice of most of the available OTA ATSC channels vs clear QAM locals and some lower tiered stations. This site will give you a good picture of what to expect. http://www.silicondust.com/support/channels/
