Hi everyone,
I recently upgraded my HTPC to windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. Before then I didn't have any issues with NPVR (running on Win7 32 bit Pro), it's been running great since my first install back when it was GBPVR.
My tuner card is the Pinnacle PCTV Dual Sat PCI (4000i), which has 2 satellite digital tuners on board.
I am running NPVR 2.6.2.
Since the upgrade to 64bit, the second tuner has not worked. I get a 'unable to start device' error when I try to scan. I originally thought I had broken the card when the cable input snapped off. I have since bought a new card, but having the same issue...
To be honest, not sure whether it is the upgrade to 64bit or the update of NPVR to the latest version at the time.
Log attached, if anyone can be so kind as to have a look and see it there is anything in there showing the issue.

I have uninstalled and updated the card drivers several times, thinking that might have been the issue etc.
Can anyone think of a solution I can look into?
Much appreciated.
