Have to change channels 3 times after xbmc starts

There seems to be a bug in the Frodo build with NextPVR Addon that requires you to change the channel 3 times before you can use the tunner from the HDHomeRun Prime without getting the "Tunner not Available" error. On the 3rd time it works every time. I had a co-worker try his and the same thing.

I was able to get rid of this bug by turning off the time shifting but then the live tv jitters and becomes unwatchable on my RPi.

Anyone else notice this bug and come up with a fix.

I'm not aware of any issue that would account for that.

Can you reproduce the problem, and post the nrecord.log/web.log, and the xbmc.log (with debug enabled)?
