unhandled exception error dialog

My wife and I watched Grey's Anatomy, she deleted it, then started browsing other folders. An Unhandled Exception dialog appeared.
I move the mouse over the Continue button (mouse is hidden behind it), clicked, and we continued like it never happened.
Log file is attached. Key part is this:

I've put in a fix for the next build. I suspect you wouldn't be able to easily reproduce it the problem though. It looks like it's been there a couple of years.
