Red, Green, Yellow, Blue flags saved in recordings backup file

Having just changed recordings drive by export, edit recordings backup file drive letter, move recordings, import recordings file I realise (just too late) that the coloured flags for users use get lost as they aren't in the backup file.
I realise what I have done is not an everyday job, but a backup should be a backup in theory. ??

A bit off topic, but how do these flags work.
I've seen some blue dots on some recordings but never figured out what put them there.

Now I hear there are other colors too and somehow related to users? Tell me more this sounds interesting.

It's just the four coloured buttons present on most remotes.

The app doesn't do anything itself with these coloured buttons or flags. They're just purely there in Recordings as flags the user can set/unset, with no specific meaning. Some people use them for indicators of which family members have watched it.

If you've got them showing on some recordings, it'll be because used pressed the red/green/blue/yellow buttons while the recording was selected. You can press it again to toggle them off.

Well, to be honest the NMT is actually still a tad better than my LG TV as NextPVR Client.

I have to say that I have seen these colored buttons appear magically myself, and I also use the NMT (4 of them to be precise). It doesn't happen often, but every week or two, I'll see one appear. Probably is the harmony remote or something...!
