Based on what I've been reading eg http://missingremote.com/news/2015-01-13...-users-rej if you are using CableCard devices there is new firmware to allow a few more channels that previously have been blocked as Copy Once.

Most people probably won't notice any change. All this does is remove the requirement to read the CGMS-A, APS and RC flags if the CCI flag is not present. Sometimes a show would get the CGMS-A flag incorrectly set but for the most part, it wasn't an issue.
