I've got mine working with Win10 x64, but I've got this strange issue where I can't seem to get to the Ceton diagnostics webpage.

- I have a Ceton network connection at 192.168.200.2
- I can ping the actual Ceton card which is at 192.168.200.1
- But if I go to http://192.168.200.1, I just get "cant reach this page"

Now if I swap back my old hard drive and boot back into Win7, I get all these same IPs and I can get to the diagnostics site at http://192.168.200.1.

If anyone has a similar Win10 setup, can you check to see if you can get to http://192.168.200.1 ?

thanks

You must missed me! Smile I had the Ceton ETH and InfiniTV 4 and just switched to all Silicone Primes. They worked well with 10 but I only had 10 installed for a short time before switching to Prime. I just find Prime easier to work with so I'm going to sell the Ceton devices.
But, have you tried to contact Ceton? They always got back to me in 24 hours or less when I submitted a ticket or just asked a question.

Thanks. I just submitted a ticket with them. I'll reply to the thread if I get any answers. I'm actually considering going to a Prime as well. At only $150, why not.

Hey man, yeah this is because Microsoft Edge is your default browser... I haven't figured out yet why it does't work with Edge but if you make IE 11 default or download chrome and go to settings -> Systems - Default Apps, scroll down and change your web browser to something other than Edge it will work

I'm new to the whole HTPC thing, i picked up the InfiniTV6 because it was one of the few internal PCIe options and it had 6 tuners! Once i started building the system literally 2 weeks before Win10 I realized how much Ceton relied on WMC which going forward is dead... guess I should have done more research but thankfully martin stepped in to help w/ the networkrecorder addon and then sub stepped in and got it working natively with NextPVR with this current version... so things are working... I hope Ceton makes a Win10 driver, the 8.1 driver is a little weird under 10 but seems to work for the most part

That was it! I fired up IE and it works fine.

Very strange... I've seem many sites that look great in one browser over another, but I've never seen a site totally not respond based on a browser. I love Edge, but I'll have to watch out for this.

Can you, or anyone, tell me if NPVR can handle the copy protected recordings from a cable card tuner? My cable company just started encrypting and I want a pcie cable card tuner, trying to avoid network card for performance reasons, but on Ceton site it implies you can not record the copy protected content without Windows Media Center, so they are basically out of business.

If not, does the HD home run prime record copy protected content with NPVR?????

Thank you in advance!!!

Pardon my confusion here. So this post seemed to indicate that the InfinTV6 PCIe was able to work with NPVR. Am I reading that wrong?

If not, that might explain my confusion about the network recorder add on which might mean that the user then switched to the network version of InfinTV, which then some how works with these extra addOns...??? Is there any version of the InfinTV that works with NPVR and encrypted (basic cable channels), but not copy protected (premium channels), content? I do not subscribe to copy protected channels so don't care about those, just want to be able to record basic cable channels, USA, TNT, etc.

There should be native support for copy-freely channels. Copy protected (copy-once copy-never) won't work.
