I got it all sorted out that 2nd time.

I also ran NextPVR as an Administrator that 2nd time as well. I don't know if that made any difference.

I am having a complete nightmare when I had the free 7day trial schedule direct it worked perfect but since I went for the paid for option it has faltered every day I wake up to find no tv listings just no show detail
I am in the uk and have a TBS6982 satellite card in my pc and a satellite dish pointed at astra 28.2 or whatever it is cant remember now but I know its setup ok I have been trying too sort this problem out but find myself going round in circles I would of thought by now the info in the setup stuff would be updated the little video needs to be sorted its blurry or sound need to be added (sorry about that little rant )
can someone point me to some helpful stuff please so I am on

You need to post logs. In Settings --> About ... There is a button to zip the logs for you so that you can attach the zip file to your post.

What is the auto update EPG time set to in Settings --> Misc2?
