those logs just say your recording service isn't running. what happens when you start the recording service?
if the recording service won't start and doesn't produce any log, you can open a command prompt, cd to the npvr program directory and then type "nrecord RUN"; post whatever output you get and any log that's produced.

Thanks for the help I ran nrecord run like you instructed this is what happened.

Cannot start service from the command line or debugger. A windows Service must first be installed(using installutil.exe) and then started with the ServerExplorer, Windows Services Administrative tool or the NET START command.
