Default Process Priority

Is it possible to add a setting into the settings screen, perhaps on the general section that allows us to choose the process priority that processes run at, for example i'd like the processes to run at high priority.

That's amazing exactly what I was after, I wasn't expecting a fix/solution so quickly, but have changed it now and it is working, time will tell if it works better than it used to.
