NextPvr crashes after clicking on the Back button

When you rename the file you will loose File Permissions and maybe Firewall rules.
Make a copy of actual NextPVR.exe into a Backup Folder, and unzip the new NextPVR.exe over the existing one.
If something goes wrong, copy the backuped old file over the new one.

It'd normally be in "C:\Program Files (x86)\NPVR". Is that what you mean?

Nope. My bad. I'll copy it to "C:\Program Files (x86)\NPVR" and try again.
