This has probably been answered before but I couldn't find it.

I can see the NextPVR generated Guide, and am able to select channels, with the NextPVR Add-on for Kodi, But I cannot see the TV Guide when opening NextPVR.

I have tried emptying the EPG then rescanning, also refreshing the data from Kodi. Same result. I can see the Guide in Kodi, but not in the NextPVR window. How do I get it to show in NextPVR?

TIA

Can you post a screenshot of what your TV Guide screen looks like?

I can do that in about an hour's time. In the meantime, my recollection is that the screen is plain blue, with a darker blue strip at the top, all plain with nothing displayed. There are three horizontal bars at top left which when selected gives the menu again down the left hand side.

I was waiting for a scheduled scan to finish. Now the screenshot shows that I don't even have the Guide option displayed, like after I ran a scan from the settings GUI.

Screenshot attached.

You seem to have disabled TV Guide!!

In Settings > Plugins select TV Guide and it will appear again but may need a reboot.

Thanks for the tip. I enabled ALL of the plugins, restarted NextPVR and managed to select the Guide as I did previously, with the same result - a blank screen.

Attached:

1. NextPVR with full menu, apparently OK.
2. TV Guide selected - blank screen.
3. Mouseover top of screen, shows some menu.

I could be wrong but it is possible that the menu in Attachment 1 to this post (NextPVR2.jpg) is showing wrong links against each of the items. How and why I wouldn't know.

Appreciate advice here!

Can you try right clicking on your desktop, and selecting 'display settings', then set your text size to 100%, then reboot and try again?

That did the trick. My screen font size is set at 150% so that I can see the desktop icons clearly from a distance. Is there any other way to get the NextPVR EPG window to display when screen fonts are set at 150%?

No matter if there isn't. As long as I am confident NextPVR is working as it should be, my main reason for having it is as a reliable back end for Live TV in Kodi. It looks like it is working well for that.

Screenshot attached of NextPVR window on desktop with screen font size set at 100%.

Regards

I'll look into it. Some other user had this issue recently. I don't see this problem here.
