I've not seen reports of this happening from anyone else, so not sure how it could have got in that state, unless your broadcaster has done something weird with moving the channels around.

Going from the messages posts yesterday from Graham and Paul, I stopped the service, deleted everything then closed down NextPVR. Restarted, scanned again and everything is back as it should be. Thanks everyone !
