Newbie question about watching recordings

I've got 2 tuner cards (PVR-150MCE) in my PVR machine. I know I can only record 2 different things at the same time (or record one channel and watch another with timeshift), but can I watch a show I previously recorded with GBPVR even if I'm recording on 2 different channels at the same time I want to watch the old recording?

If I'm wrong, somebody correct me. Yes, you can watch a previously recorded show while recording two others. It's been awhile since I've used my PVR-500MCE, as I currently use my PVR-150, which is only a single tuner. With my single tuner, I can be recording one show while watching another -OR- record a show and watch it while it's recording.
