Odroid C2 Failure to tune HDHomeRun Prime Channels

I've been using Raspberry Pi 3B/3B+ devices with the NextPVR Addon to KODI with no issues.

I just got an Odroid C2 to play with and I cannot gets channels to tune properly. After selecting a channel, I receive a message saying the tuner is not available. I thought it was an issue with MPEG2 Acceleration as disabling acceleration does not produce the same error but instead starts streaming the channel for a couple seconds before it stalls.

Acceleration is not the issue as I was able to copy a TS file from NPVR recordings to the device storage and it played normally. I then disabled NextPVR on the Odroid and tried the HDHomeRun PVR Addon. To my surprise, channels tune/play successfully.

I have not had to dive into logs for NextPVR or KODI in the past so please excuse my ignorance, but which logs shall I start with for root cause?

I've attached NRecord, Web, and KODI logs. These logs are foreign to me but I'm not seeing apparent failures in NRecord and Web.

Timeshift for Live TV is the culprit. Running LE 8.2.5.

Is this an issue with the NPVR Addon or LE/KODI?

There is some an updated NextPVR kodi addon coming, to address the timeshift issues caused after Kodi PVR API changes.

Thank you for your work and the inbound update. It's odd that the Addon/Timeshifting works with the Broadcom RPi but not the Amlogic Odroid?

Unfortunately the whole development/release process with Kodi is painful and slow. It'll likely be with the Kodi 18 release candidate builds.
