Unable to resolve the host name

Earlier today I had a well-behaved NPVR setup with two NMT devices. I believe installation of some new hardware has fouled up my settings. Now when I select mvpmc I'm getting the error "unable to resolve the host name". I've spent the last hour or two checking everything I can think of, but getting nowhere fast.

Here's the syntax check:

Just wanted to update... the new hardware I was adding to my network is an Apple Airport Express. It finally occurred to me to try removing it to see if NPVR would begin working again. Sure enough, it did. So obviously this device is introducing some conflict which I will attempt to figure out.
