If you're in a reasonable signal area, Group T would be best. If you're in a weak signal area you may be better with a wideband aerial.
Gain on Group T aerials starts to drop off a bit after channel 50 as they're tuned to reject interference from 4G mobile transmissions at the higher frequency end. Wideband aerials have slightly better high frequency gain but may suffer 4G interference if close to mobile phone masts.
