I've put an updated NPVRTSReader4.ax on the machine, can you let me know if it helps? This version is prepared to wait longer during the start of the stream, which is waiting for PAT/PMT data to arrive.

Yes, it does seem to be working. It started working when I installed the newest update, actually.
