Swipe not working on IPad 5th gen with 12.3.1

Hi everyone, just to say I’ve noticed I can’t skip fwd or back on my iPad. Works fine on my iPhone 8 but the 5th gen iPad just ignores the swipe completely?

I’ve seen another three similar thread but thought it was better for a clean new thread as that had a few topics.

Anyone else seeing this?

All hidden in the garage with an Intel i5 NUC and a logitech Harmony one remote in the lounge for playback.
Panasonic 65" 2013 GT Series 3D plasma

I've spent the last few days on improvements to the Apple TV app, giving it a bit of a make over and fixing a few bugs.

Next on my list is the iPhone/ipad app, so I'll check on this. I'm hoping to have updated iOS and Apple TV apps out in the next couple of weeks.

Was this playback of a recording? It does ignore swipes with live tv.
