Overlay misaligned?

Ever since I installed the lastest version, .91.11, my overlay is misaligned (see the picture below). I'm using a PVR350 and its built in video out. I've messed with the X and Y placement of the playback to get it full screen on my TV. Any ideas...its not horrible but it catches my eye each time since is so much brighter than the rest of the screen

There are setting in the config.xml that enables you to change this size/position on the PVR350.
