Can NPVR offset only 3 channel listings in EPG?

As I mentioned I could write a script to update the database if you provide the npvr.db3 via GoogleDrive OneDrive or Dropbox.

There is no point in using mc2xml to adjust the time, the time is correct. The issue will be the missing hours of data after your run which is why you need to schedule the download separately from the import.
