Where is knewc 2.8.0 rc4, please? Post #1 has no links.

Weird it shows for me in post #1. Now that my repo was closed down for too much activity, I need to find a new home, hopefully I will get that done so. I will release rc4 as the full release.

I have updated post #1 with a new version that supports mouse control in UI Client on linux.

To us this you need to be running x11 and able to install install xdotool

sudo apt-get install xdotool

should be available with yum and pacman too.

If you run windowed on linux you may need to adjust the title bar offset in the settings if the clicks don't work.

I have read that full Raspbian on my RPi4 is using something called RDP as the GUI desktop. Is this desktop environment compatible with knewc and the new mouse support? if not, can you suggest a path to achieve compatibility?

For Raspian there might be a way to integrate with tkinter, but for mouse support I focused on real desktops and not the RPi devices. On the RPi most people use LE or OSMC anyway so I don't think it is worth my time especially as I think UI client is much better with a real remote anyway then having to use mouse and keyboard.
