Password Reset

After several years on the dark side (DirecTV, Cox cable) I've cut the cable and returned to NextPVR. I started with it way back when it was GBPVR release 0.something and it looks even better now. So now I'm back among the faithful.

Enough nostalgia, on to my problem...

I'm running the latest 5.1 release on Ubuntu 19.04. I somehow managed to hose up the password and I can't figure out what it is so I can't log in via the web interface. I saw a posting by sub that it can be reset by editing the config.xml file but damned if I can find the file anywhere on the system. So, can someone tell me where it is or what file I should be looking at?

If you are running firefox that is easy to do if you save passwords, I make sure I don't

config.xml will be in different locations depending if you used the deb installer or not

That was the first thing I checked but unfortunately the password saved in Firefox doesn't work. I have no idea what it's been changed to.

Oops...forgot to mention that I used the deb installer.

Then the user folder is in /var/opt/nextpvr

Your username and password could be your schedules direct info.
