TBS6982 Tuner not found

What version of windows are you running?

unmanaged.dll is a valid dll. The usual reason you'd get an error with loading this file is because it can't find the microsoft runtime that file depends on. The required Microsoft runtime is this one https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/VC_redist.x86.exe

I've updated the installer to ensure that runtime is installed.
