Unfortunately it looks like it hasn't captured the stream I needed.

Can you restart NextPVR, go to the Settings->About page, holding the Ctrl key, and clicking the 'verbose logging' button, then click 'update epg' and let it complete, then post your logs again?

Sorry, I should have been clearer - the verbose thing just enables more logging in the NextPVR logs, so it was just them I needed.
