Web Player Does Not Skip Commercials

I have tried searching for solutions but I have not found anything. Maybe I am using the wrong search terms.

I have a Windows install and comskip is running just fine in parallel with recordings. The Windows client will show and skip commercials using the comskip data, the web player however does not. Is there something I am not doing or is this not a current feature with the web player?

This is not a current feature of the web player ... and my guess is that it is not likely to be a future feature of the web player ... but Sub (the developer of NextPVR) will have the last word on that.
