NPVR 5.0.7 Web app - Blank screen & no audio

After lengthy research I successfully installed NPVR 5.0.7 along side NPVR 4.2.4. Version 5 is up & running. The desktop app works and I can watch live TV with it, as well as schedule & record shows and watch them back too.

The web app is another story. If I try to watch live TV, the screen remains black and there is no audio. I am able to schedule and record shows, and even watch them via the web app. It is live TV that is the problem.  Any suggestions? I can provide logs, if needed, later this evening when I am home.

Logs always help. A bug in 5.0.7 probably makes it difficult to tell if your CPU is fast enough for live tv encoding. Live TV and recordings also use different tuners

I wound up changing my video renderer to EVR & all works now.

That wouldn't have change the why the web app plays live tv. Glad you got it sorted out in any case.
