Having trouble setting tuner priority

I just purchased a HAUPPAUGE 1682 Wintv-Quadhd USB Four HD ATSC Digital TV Tuners for USB 3.0 W/PIP
 It is great because I have a noisey motherboard (B450M ASRock PCIe4.0) with a 1Tb M2 drive which is also PCIe4.0,
The problem is I can not set it up as the highest priority for recording. The shows right now drop out because the MB affects the internal Hauppauge quad tuner card. I have enclosed the zip file for your review. Thank you in advance.

After some interesting experimentation, I found a solution. I deleted the devices that were not in use (disabled). This allowed the USB tuners to be advanced in the priority list.

So this problem is solved.

Ah sorry - I had meant to reply to your question, but forgot to come back to it. I suspected the priority numbers on each tuner had got out of whack in the database, and might have needed to look at your DB to know for sure, but your work around would have got past that.
