Kodi crashing when playing TV

Am just changing the renderer to software from auto and will give that a go

I would try Matrix (portable install) and Leia 32 bit. I don't see it as an addon issue.

Also you still have this warning

and you aren't using software rendering.

In Kodi I went to System / Settings/ Player / Videos and under Processing, set that to Software. Is that where you meant?
Or do I need to change something else?

So it seems I've found the culprit.
Just below the setting above is
"Allow hardware acceleration DXVA2" which was selected.
Unticked that and it is fine... including setting render method back to auto.

That isn't anything I'd ever selected before.. so not sure if doing the latest kodi update selected it.. but seems to be resolved.
