Kodi crashing when playing TV

Hi all,
So I moved towards the end of last year and my kodi box hadn't been on for a while.
When I set it back up, I updated HDHR and the windows machine itself. Since then I've not been able to watch live tv through Kodi. It just crashes. Whether I'm trying to watch IPTV or through HDHR.
If I try via VLC, it works ok and NextPVR records both HDHR and IPTV fine.
I've enclosed debug logs from 2 attemps at starting up Kodi and then watching IPTV and the other one with HDHR.

It is specific to that machine/maybe windows, as I've got a retropie setup, which has kodi installed and the npvr plugin, and I can watch TV fine using that.

Any advice appreciated!

EDIT: I don't seem to be able to upload attachments... dragging and dropping isn't working. Any other suggestions on where I can host the .zip files?

The forum silently ignores attachments that are larger than 2 MB ... Folk use Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive among others ...

I also found you can't drag and drop with Safari (known issue in lots of situations) You might try a different browser if the file is under 2MB.

Doesn't seem to work on Chromium based Browsers either.. tried Brave, Chrome and Edge.

I would clear the EPG database in settings, but that isn't the problem

I suspect the issue may either your video drivers play around around with some playback settings

Kodi is also having trouble probing that stream type. Do recordings on that channel work? If not, could you place a 1 mninute recording on the cloud and I can have a look.

Nope, I can play recordings fine through Kodi.. it's just watching "Live" that doesn't work.
It's a HP EliteDesk with onboard HD 4600 graphics.. and the driver is showing 21/01/2020 (20.19.15.5126), so not even like that has updated recently.
Am just about to download a driver from intel which has a version 15.40.47.5166, but a release date of 23/10/2020, to see if that fixes it

So to confirm you can play recordings made with that channel in Kodi from the PVR addon.

Did you try different deinterlace and scaling settings in Kodi?

Aah.. so those drivers didn't work.. I ended up grabbing 20.19.15.5144 Rev.A from the HP website instead - will see if that fixes things

It is better trying to look at the Kodi settings first. Set it to software decoding and try from there.

Updates didn't really help.

They rebuilt the machine... which is a rather drastic step I'm hoping not to take if possible, as NextPVR and xTeve are installed on the same box and would sooner not go through the set up again!
Now, If I try OTA - I got about 10 seconds of picture and sound and then it crashed.

I've not changed any of the settings since it was last working... I'm just stumped as to what could have gone wonky for it to be falling over like this...
