How do you "undelete" channels

Hi,
I've patiently deleted ~2500 channels via the GUI / settings / channels.  All good, except now I'd like to get a few of those channels back, and can't find a way to do it.
Is there, for instance, an .xml file I can safely edit?  Or do I have to repeat the whole painful process again?   I'm using Version: 5.1.0.201216

Are these IPTV channels? If so you, should be able to click on your IPTV device on Settings->Devices, then click Update M3U, and select just the channels you want to reimport. (it'll add just the new channels, and existing ones will be unchanged)
