Streaming Failed (transcoder exited)

I've been using v5 for a while now but recently I have ths issue when trying to play Live TV, I can play recordings fine.I've added an additional tuner recently and rescanned channels but apart from that can't think of any other changes..

The first tuner on your dualHD tuner is not working.

2022-08-19 03:01:42.188 [DEBUG][5] Failed to StartStream. Device failed to start

This explains Live TV since it it defaults to reverse priority.

I would open the first DVB-T tuner device and hit the trash can to delete the channels. Then open it again and copy.

If this fails you may need to reinstall the drivers.

Yep, it was a hardware issue, rolled back the drivers and it's now working.
