WIll oid identify a failing tuner?

I have been getting partial recordings.  I am thinking it is a failing tuner card (Hauppauge).  There are 3 cards ... Quad, 2250, and 2255. Will the OID tell me which card is failing? I try to follow the "Devices and Channels" link but the website NextPVR takes me to will no accept my logon, the logon that I use here in the forum.

The login to your NextPVR is unrelated to your forum login. The default is admin/password.

We should be able to tell from the logs and recording name, which device was being used when it failed.
