Troube setting up zap2it

Troube setting up zap2it

I have 2 computers, I set up one just fine the second one I can not seem to get a guide from zap2it. I even set up a second account any ideas ? Thanks.

You dont provide a very good description of what happens. I'll take a guess and say you've most likely got firewall software getting in the way.

You should be able reuse the same account on the second machine.

Better description.. I use Zone Alarm firewall on both computers, and one works. Anything more specific I need to tell describe. The error message just says that Zap2it is not set up correctly. Thanks very much for assistance. I apologise if info is too basic.

I'm still guessing your firewall is getting the way.

Reproduce the problem then email you're logs to me at support@devnz.com and I'll take a look.

I am truly sorry... How do I produce a log ? Thanks for your patience. p.s. I have turned off firewall and still can not get guide.

The logs are automatically created in the c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr directory. Send all the log files.

On the troublesome computer can you visit labs.zap2it.com through a browser?
