I already tried to import several and none of them work, it only lets me import 100 channels

I'm regularly importing thousands of channels, so there is definitely nothing limiting it to 100, but I'll try your example url

I had no problems importing https://iptv-org.github.io/iptv/countries/mx.m3u. Its 209 channels appear maybe a second after I click the 'Import' button. I hit 'save', and they save just fine.

Running on MACOS (I guess) can you capture the output when your run dotnet NextPVRServer.dll to a file and post that.
