Looking to timeshift live radio

Fair enough, but at this stage it's no longer about radio. Background playback for video is not such a niche feature. It's available on most players YouTube, vlc etc.

I did pay for the Android player and was happy to support the project but et's face it, it's not ready for prime time.

Yes, the Android app is fairly basic, and a little dated now. It is generally fine for the main intended task of scheduling recordings etc from a phone. It can do basic playback of recordings or watching live tv, but it's not a very full-featured player.

The main focus of my development is the backend, which is very capable, and could totally be used for whatever frontend you could imagine. Ultimately, I've only got so much development time available, doing this as a hobby in my spare time, while holding down a day job.

It's fairly impressive that NextPVR and the Android client have managed to work this well given that I'm trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. Again thanks to both of you for all the help and thanks to Sub for creating the project. 

If there is ever an m3u feed for the current and previous recordings let me know.
