I have an HD-Homerun and had successfully run NPVR v. 4 a few years ago. Just installed v. 6 and went through the initial setup. It found my tuners, got the channels correctly, and got my EPG info correctly from Schedules Direct. Both the Channel list and guide look correct. In both web and desktop interface. But, I cannot play live TV on any channel, in either interface. In the web interface I get the red letters "Streaming Failed (transcoder exited)."

I attach the zip file of logs in the hope that somebody may be able to help me.

It seems to be a signal strength issue

2023-08-30 13:53:42.524 [DEBUG][4] locked=0, present=1, strength=55, quality=0 (took 1922ms to check)

Try looking at the logs on the HDHR here http://192.168.68.63/log.html and see if there are tuner errors

The HDHR logs look like many repetitions of this pair of lines:
20230830-19:41:27 Tuner: tuner1 streaming rtp to 192.168.68.75:63244
20230830-19:41:34 Tuner: tuner1 rtp stream ended (stop request)

The HDHR tuners work fine on this same Windows 10 PC using their regular HD Homerun app. So I doubt it's the actual signal strength. Must be some sort of communication/connection issue with the tuners and the NPVR app?

The strength might not be only issue, it seems you started a scan before the scan was finished.

Restart the NextPVR Recording Service and then start a new scan on tuner0, you can use just the 2-36 channels and let it finish. Then open tuner1 and copy when prompted, if it has channels delete them first. Make sure you use the same type ATSC or HDHR. Many people prefer HDHR, but it doesn't let you record multiple channels on the same major channel.

After that for good measure restart the server.
