Hello,

Since yesterday, I cannot get NextPVR to record anything and am at a loss why. I am using Version 6.1.5.231022 64-bit currently on Windows 10, although I also have an old 32-bit version still installed and running (not sure if that can cause problems). Tray icon is green and Show Status is showing 2 devices (IPTV). But status in Web app / Settings page says No devices are currently active.an I tell what it's currently doing?'''
TV Guide is not showing any channel and Manual Recordings configured via the Desktop app are not recording.
Logs are attached.

I am trying to record some of the Paris Olympic Games at the moment, so any help is greatly appreciated.

Perhaps the old server is recording you could be out of connections? Otherwise there is a server error "The remote server returned an error: (512) " so either your m3u is bad or there is a server side problem and you need to check with your provider.

For the channel guide, it doesn't look like anything is configured.

Thanks. With your explanation, I found and solve the issues, and am sharing them here to help other users in the future.

The 1st issue was that to troubleshoot my setup, I stopped my VPN, trying to remove a possible cause of problems. But it turns out my ISP filters out IPTV, preventing streams to play.

The other issue was leading to the 'No devices are currently active' and 'TV Guide is not showing any channel' problems. My IPTV provider does not support accounts with multiple connections, and I therefore have 2 accounts with him to be able to have 2 IPTV connections. Based on a support thread I found on this forum, I set them up (using import m3u) as 2 different devices with max 1 connection, then merged the channels based on name. This lead to the 2 problems described above. The setup that works is to set up the 2 accounts as 2 different devices with max 2 connections. Each channel is only showing once (no duplication) and simultaneous recording of 2 streams works just fine.
