Fail on Install

I have a windows 10 and have not been able to complete the install.  I have included the install log as a zip.   The gist of it is:

I have no idea how to fix this.  Thank you.

I was missing toe public folder on this windows install. Add the folder and problem resolved. Thank you for the help.
