You understand the problem is clear right and if you don't like my workarounds not much point wasting any more time on this. The time is not going to always be 18 seconds off though, this was right on time

There will always be a brief time tuning and opening a drive so you are better off with padding, I don't want to read complaints when it is 1 second missing but I expect you will see other times based on the EPG update.
