Set Top Boxes

Hi,

I have NextPVR running on a PC as a server.

But I would like to setup something simple to use as a client.  Is there a recommended Set Top Box, that can be used to connect to my NextPVR server, that offers the same experience as a EPG on a TV or a Freesat box for example?

What I think you are looking for is the UI client. The best "STB" would probably be an Android device but some Smart TV's have Android build in and Samsung and LG devices don't even need a box. You can get an idea of how the UI client works by get to the NextPVR main settings web page and clicking the UI client button

The challenge of mimicking a Freesat or Manhattan box would be find a remote like this https://storage.googleapis.com/freesat-p...k=CnwJ51ar so you need to decide if you can live without number keys. If not you'd probably need to be a more advanced remote.
