Channel 7 TV channels do not load into my list

I have just recently acquired the AUGUST USB FREEVIW HD TV STICK. On installation (7.0.1.241229), I have all of the expected Freeview channels listed except for any of the Channel 7 TV channels. I can't figure out how to load them. I selected Newcastle as the Australian area but have also tried Sydney with no more success. Where am I going wrong? Thank you
