Audio out of synch with nextPVR.exe

LAV v80 is available on the normal release page. No need for a codec pack.  Just follow the link from NextPVR.exe decoder setup

I tried that first. For whatever reason it didn't work, but the k-lite installer version did.  
The end result is a few seconds of desynchronized a-v as before, then a video jump as it synchronizes, and then good sync after that.

You probably didn't install the 32 bit version or changed some LAV defaults.

I have what sounds like the exact same problem, and never found a resolution. I will be moving to a new Windows 11 box soon, so it will be interesting to see if the problem shows up or not.

With my brand new Windows 11 install on a new computer, and LAV filters, I am watching a freshly recorded NBC Nightly News, and the problem still happens. Fast forwarded over commercials, via the slides how method, and then watched and it was horribly out of sync. Captions were not on. Then hit Stop, then Resume, and it was again fine.

I lack expertise on how this all works together, but it never happens in VLC.
