Next PVR stopped working - Streaming Failed - HD HomeRun

I've had this setup and working for a few weeks and it just stopped on the 20th (02/20/2026) I think.  I've been watching Next PVR recordings in Kodi

Windows 11 did an update on 02/18/2026.

The HD HomeRun application works but now Next PVR cannot even view any of the channels.

I rebooted my computer
Ran the install to check for an update

I still have the same problem.

I created that folder and I'm able to watch TV again.

I didn't delete the folder.

The windows 11 update wasn't working so on 02/18/2026 I found a Youtube Video that recommended to download and run:

Windows11InstallationAssistant.exe

Which downloaded this ISO and then ran a Windows 11 Install.

Win11_25H2_English_x64.iso

That's the only thing that I've done lately.

I have no listings in my TV Guide.

Is this part of the same problem?

I stopped/restarted the Next PVR service and that didn't help.
