NextPVR refuses to start

After running fine for several years on the same system, my nextPVR server crashed and is now refusing to start. systemctl status is reporting:

OK, weirdest thing....so I log in as root and go to /opt/nextpvr/shell, and then:

./server.sh start
Starting server..Done. PID=7541

And now it's running, but everything is empy, no devices, no channnels, no recordings....

So, I stop it:

Stopping server..Done.

And then:

And now it's running perfectly fine.

I have no idea what happened here, but problem solved.

One of your IPTV channels is corrupt and seems to be able to cause a server crash when you record from it. The logs might show which one.

Thanks Martin, found it. It's related to the current issue with Matt Huisman's IPTV links for Australian TV channels; because Channel 9 is covering the Olympics, they add extra protections to prevent streaming the channel unless you have a login token. In any case, all the recordings for Channel 9 currently fail, but I didn't remove them because I know it will be fixed as soon as the Olympics ends. The issue was that there was one of these recordings set to go off when I started the server, and for some reason, attempting to record the channel on startup was causing the crash. At some later time, there was no recording due, and it started up OK; then, once running, the recordings simply fail as usual.
