Channel stops playing

How can I debug a DVB radio channel that keeps getting cut off? Playback lasts about 7 minutes, and then the browser just stops receiving data. Other radio channels are ok. It happens in both web apps but not in kodi. This is where I reckon the log becomes different:

Always start by uploading the zipped logs from the web server, not even sure why you are seeing console output. Also what do you when "both" web apps?

I see the output since when I click on the server exe a console window pops up. Shouldn’t it?
“Both” refers to the regular player and the one given by following the “UIClient” link. It’s the same web app I suppose.
Nothing was written to the log files during the session.

Thanks, I assume you meant the Log Files link? Tried that and the log that was modified was the “device-Hauppauge…” and the last entries are below. One quirk of this drop is that playback stops, then starts again after about 20s, plays ~1 more second, and then stops permanently. The app version is the last but this is not new, I would guess it has been always like this (years). I then have to click the link in the popup list to start playback again.
It seems that activeHandleTargets count goes to 0 when it shouldn’t?

That is the right log file but we want you to need to attach the whole zip file to a post so we can look at it.

I understand but I would rather not, sincerely sorry. I can lookup for the bits you need though. I was just checking some more and it turns out it happens to all radio channels and also across browsers.
