hauppauge WinTV-GO no Live TV

I'm unalbe to watch live tv using my hauppauge WinTV-GO. I've installed the SoftwareRecorder.v17. When i click on live tv I get "Error:Unspecified Error".

I'm attaching my log files thanks in advanced.

I dont provide support for this plugin.
